SUCCESS FOLLOWS GROWTH

Have you ever felt stuck in a rut and you didn’t know how to get out? Is it possible that the answer could be simplified through one word? It has been my experience that success doesn’t just happen on its own. Success follows growth! There is no substitute for growth and the importance of continuously pursuing it with intentionality. Whether it’s personal, professional, or financial, growth is imperative to achieve maximum results. James Penney said, “Growth does not happen by mere chance but only by intentional forces working together.”

We are fast at work here at Arrows Capital Group pursuing growth and stress testing our systems for efficiency by looking for ways to improve. Specifically, with the help of our Acquisitions Team Leader, Frank Lettiere, we are revamping our entire Direct To Seller Program to automate the process and ultimately become more effective at offering our investors opportunities with the best returns. Although we still look at nationally marketed deals to see if we can solve the problems that prevent an asset from reaching its full potential, we are shifting our focus to growing our deal flow from off-market opportunities. Through this system, not only are we making new connections and critical relationships that will pay dividends, but we are also becoming a more competitive operator in some incredible markets which gives us an edge.

Focusing on pushing yourself to lean into resistance and pursue the best possible outcome in your circumstance is a great way to ensure your success. I like to think of my growth plan as buckets. Each bucket represents an area in my life that is important to me. Things like Family, Finance, Work, Physical Fitness, and Spirituality are all “buckets” that I want to make sure I add to every day! The world is taking from our buckets all the time through inevitable distractions. The only true way to circumvent your bucket from becoming empty is by pouring into each one on a consistent basis.

I have had times in my life when I felt like I was “stuck in a rut” and thankfully I have surrounded myself with people that are very driven and have encouraged me during those times to double down on my efforts of working towards becoming the best version of myself in ALL areas of my life.

Making growth a habit will never disappoint!
